For many of us, this means that we are now expected to read beyond simple lessons, and grasp the subject at an abstract level. The challenge of this course is that it contains no single topic, but many subjects and problems.A course like this allows for two parts to be integrated. The first part concentrates on the fundamental building blocks of algebra, and the second concentrates on how to introduce mathematics, probability theory to students. This interplay of two things can really open up a new way of thinking.The second part of the whole subject requires students to work out a number of complex and complicated problems, using different kinds of calculators. The first part of the whole course introduces students to using maths to solve simple problems.
